1. 01What we collect

   Account details you give us (name, phone number, email, business information), the pages and answers you set up for your business, and usage data about how the Services are used.

   On a business's public page we collect the name, phone number and answers a visitor submits so the business can follow up.

2. 02How we use it

   To run your account and the Services, to deliver leads to the business a visitor contacted, to measure and improve advertising, and to send service messages. We do not sell personal information.

3. 03Text messages

   Phone numbers are verified with a one-time code sent by SMS. Message and data rates may apply. A business you contact through its page may text you back to follow up.

4. 04Advertising and analytics

   We use advertising platforms (such as Meta) and product analytics to measure campaigns. A business's page may load that business's own advertising pixel. You can limit tracking through your browser and device settings.

5. 05Sharing

   We share data with the service providers that run our infrastructure, messaging, payments and analytics, with the business whose page you contacted, and when the law requires it.

6. 06Retention and your choices

   We keep data for as long as the account is active or as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at support@moralocal.com.

7. 07Changes

   We may update this policy; the date at the top reflects the latest version.
